A **site lookup** is one authenticated resolve of an address, coordinates, or
parcel into sourced site context. The same meter is shared across the web
app, prepaid `/api/v1`, and gated MCP tools.

Stripe is authoritative at charge time. The numbers below are the published

## Personal

**$29/month** or **$290/year**. One seat, no sharing.

## Professional

**$99/month** or **$990/year**. 7-day trial, no card.

Sharing, custom branding, templates, API / MCP / CLI, and municipality
requests are on this plan. UI and API share the lookup meter.

## Developer PAYG

Prepaid credit, not a monthly SKU. **$10** minimum load. **$0.10** per sourced
site check. A free account includes **10 lookups / month**. Uncovered sites
return HTTP 202 with `charged: false` and are not billed.

The $49 / $490 API monthly SKU is retired. Start with the

## Enterprise

Custom pricing for volume lookups, seats, and a named coverage plan. The
published list includes a **$250** address-based pilot. Talk to Bucky for
scope; these docs do not invent pilot terms.

## How the meter behaves

- Personal hard-stops at 200 lookups.
- Professional continues past 1,000 at $0.10.
- Exports and concurrent projects hard-stop on both Personal and Professional.
- Developer PAYG bills the same $0.10 per sourced check, with no seat extras.
