Welcome to the Bucky documentation. Bucky helps you plan residential and commercial construction projects — from exploring sites on the map through parcel and zoning analysis, feasibility, and finding the right people to build.

These docs are organized for three audiences:

• Builders & homeowners — scout sites with Project Scout, then understand projects, parcels, zoning, and feasibility.
• Developers — integrate with the Bucky API (documentation in progress).
• AI agents — connect to Bucky over MCP (read-only tools available today).
