Plans and site lookups
Free, Personal, Professional, Developer PAYG, and Enterprise — what a site lookup is, what each plan includes, and where the quota lives.
A site lookup is one authenticated resolve of an address, coordinates, or
parcel into sourced site context. The same meter is shared across the web
app and prepaid /api/v1. The Bucky MCP connector is included on every plan,
including a free account.
Stripe is authoritative at charge time. The numbers below are the published list. For checkout and commercial terms, see Pricing.
Free
$0. Create an account with no credit card.
A free account includes a small monthly allowance of site lookups and one export a month. The Chrome extension, the MCP connector, and saved searches all work on a free account. To check more sites, upgrade to a plan or load prepaid credit.
Personal
$29/month or $290/year. One seat, no sharing.

Everything in Personal, plus project sharing, custom-branded exports, and municipality requests. UI and API share the lookup meter.
Professional is also the plan for calling the REST API (/api/v1) with your
own signed-in user token. The web app, the iPhone and Mac apps, and the Chrome
extension do not need it.

Developer PAYG
Prepaid credit, not a monthly SKU. $10 minimum load. $0.10 per sourced
site check. Uncovered sites return HTTP 202 with charged: false and are not
billed.
When your prepaid balance falls below its alert threshold, Bucky emails you, at most once a day.
The $49 / $490 API monthly SKU is retired. Start with the developer quickstart.
Enterprise
Custom pricing for volume lookups, seats, and a named coverage plan. The published list includes a $250 address-based pilot. Talk to Bucky for scope; these docs do not invent pilot terms.
How the meter behaves
- Personal hard-stops at 200 lookups.
- Professional continues past 1,000 at $0.10.
- Exports and concurrent projects hard-stop on both Personal and Professional.
- Developer PAYG bills the same $0.10 per sourced check, with no seat extras.
